About our Department
Established in 1952 with a small volunteer crew and a single pumper truck, the department has grown to meet a thriving community’s needs. In 1975 we hired our first full-time firefighters, and in 1988 we moved to the current Elm Street station. In 2010, we achieved a Class 4 ISO rating, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
